GOVERNOR AYO FAYOSE REPLIES TO OBANIKORO’s ALLEGATIONS
Ekiti State Governor, Ayo Fayose, gave his replies that he’s too busy with the demands of his office to care about the allegations leveled against him by former Minister of State for Defence, Musiliu Obanikoro.
Obanikoro disclosed to the operatives of the EFCC that he transferred N2.3bn over to Fayose in back then in 2014.

Obanikoro who arrived Nigeria last week from the United States, has told operatives of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) that he transferred N2.3bn over to Fayose in the run-up to the 2014 Governorship election in the South West State.
The cash was airlifted to Ekiti in two chartered aircrafts. Biodun Agbele, an associate of Fayose’s, took delivery of the money in Ekiti.

Obanikoro said he sent the money to Fayose following express orders from Sambo Dasuki, erstwhile National Security Adviser (NSA) to then President Goodluck Jonathan.
